• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Users who list properties on our Platform agree to the following:

• All listing information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• You must have the legal right or authorization to list the property.
• Listing content must not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Duplicate listings for the same property are not allowed.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property.
• Distribute spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Use automated means to scrape or collect data without authorization.

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of City Real Estate Portal or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content without our prior written permission.

You expressly agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall City Real Estate Portal, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless City Real Estate Portal and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
